Resume formatting
Client resume templates staffing agencies actually need

Enterprise accounts do not want your agency’s “creative” resume. They want their header, their section order, and a file that opens in Word on a VMS. The candidate’s bullets stay the candidate’s bullets. The template owns fonts, margins, and labels.
What a master template is for
- USA Default — a clean agency layout when the client has not named a format.
- AMETEK — commute, availability, and recruiter notes the account expects.
- TCS / Wipro — vendor-style packets for large IT services accounts.
- Google / Microsoft — ATS-style single column, summary first, no decoration.
- Coca-Cola / Cogent — client-specific masters when that is the req.
Resume Formatter maps parsed fields onto the chosen master. Same JSON, same DOCX — recruiters do not invent formatting. If you need a house brand on the workspace itself (logo, colors, product name), that is white-label on paid plans, not a second copy of the candidate’s words.
If the PDF is a mess, analyze first. Do not format a file you have not read.
