Information We Collect
Enorexa Recruiter collects account details you provide (name, email, role, and organization), content you upload or paste (resumes, job descriptions, and related recruiter notes), and usage data needed to run the service (tool runs, credit and seat counts, and payment identifiers from Razorpay). If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email associated with that account.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate AI tools (format, analyze, match, and generate recruiter outputs), account for credits and seats on your organization, process payments, send transactional email (invites, verification, password reset), and keep the service secure. We do not sell resume or job-description content.
Retention
Extracted text and tool results are retained on your organization so the workspace can re-format, review history, and account for usage. Generated DOCX files are returned in the response and are not kept as a downloadable file store. Account and billing records are kept while the organization is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, session security, and theme preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; signing in will not work without the session cookie.
Third Parties
We share data with processors only as needed to provide the service: Razorpay (payments), Resend or other email delivery (transactional mail), Google (optional sign-in), and our hosting and database providers. White-label tenants see the same product under their brand; your workspace admin controls branding and support contact details.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Workspace admins can remove teammates; removed users receive their own Starter workspace. For data requests, contact hello@enorexa.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Enorexa Recruiter after an update means you accept the revised policy.
