Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Enorexa Recruiter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you invite teammates, you are responsible for their use under your organization.
Service Description
Enorexa Recruiter is an AI toolkit for staffing teams: resume formatting, job-description analysis, matching, sourcing helpers, and related recruiter outputs. It is not an applicant tracking system. There is no candidate CRM, pipeline, or career site. Features, credit costs, and plan limits may change.
Candidate-Document Rights
You represent that you have the right to upload or paste candidate resumes, job descriptions, and related materials. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law and for how you use generated outputs. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process.
Accounts and Team Seats
Each user belongs to one organization. Paid plans include a seat limit. Workspace admins may invite managers and recruiters, change those roles, and remove members. A removed member is moved to their own Starter workspace. You must keep credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans (Team, Agency, Platform) and credit top-ups are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can stop auto-renewal from Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which Starter limits apply. Top-up credits expire at calendar month-end. Prices shown in the product are list prices; Razorpay may charge the equivalent in INR. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment receipts are available from Billing; they are not GST tax invoices.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Enorexa Recruiter to process data you are not authorized to handle, to violate employment or privacy laws, to attack or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer the product except as allowed by law. We may suspend accounts that abuse credits, payment, or other users.
Limitation of Liability
Enorexa Recruiter is provided “as is.” AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect — you must review them before sending to a client or candidate. Enorexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or legal risk. After cancellation or downgrade, tools lock to Starter limits; organization members remain until an admin removes them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
