When staffing teams should upgrade from free recruiter tools

The free Starter plan exists so a recruiter can format a resume, analyze a JD, and see if the toolkit fits the desk. You do not need a card to find that out. You need a paid plan when the team, the volume, or the brand on the screen becomes the constraint.

Upgrade when one of these is true

• You hit credit limits mid-req and start skipping match or format.
• You need seats for more than one recruiter on the same org.
• The account wants your logo and colors on the workspace, not Enorexa’s.
• An admin has to invite managers and keep usage scoped to the agency.

Solo, Team, Agency, and Platform are still a toolkit — not an ATS and not a candidate CRM. If what you actually need is a pipeline, buy or keep Bullhorn. If what you need is more format / match / Boolean runs and a white-label desk, upgrade.
