If you already have Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Greenhouse, keep them. Use this for the work those systems do not do well: turning a messy PDF into the client’s DOCX, turning a JD into a Boolean string, or scoring a packet before you submit. Start on the free plan and open a tool when you need one.
